Can not trace a rule with multiple user after upgrade to Pega 8.1.2

After upgrading to pega 8.1.2, if we try to trace a rule with multiple user, we get an error

"Tracer session error: This rule RULE-SERVICE-FILE ARREARSFILEPACKAGE RBG-INT-CPS-ARREARS-!PROCESSCPSARREARFILE #20150903T121806.507 GMT is being traced by operator Max from requestor HO471HQW001PGMBBA0745CD1CNFPNTVHFA - Please restart tracer."

We also tried to kill the requestor but still the issue persists. And not even the same user is able to trace this rule anymore.

Please let me know if any one faced similar issue and any solutions if possible.
