Can not find ConfigureNBAA to configure Pega Marketing to support Pega CRM

I am following Pega Marketing implementation guide for Pega 8.3, at page 30, step 6 it mention to use ConfigureNBAA activity. I have not been able to find this rule, conversing with the PegaLab's support seems it is a documentation error not an installation error. May you help me to the right set of steps that should be followed for this specific section of the guide?

We faced the same problem. And we can not find access group PegaSA: MarketAdmins. Can you help me get the right steps to follow this guide?
