Can I use Angular in PEGA?

Hi, I am Industrial Designer working with Pega systems to create good UX/UI for our users. I don't really know much about programming but I am interested in knowing about if Angular can be used in Pega because some features from Angular can help me propose designs with more flexible and dynamic interfaces.
