I believe, currently only the swipe gesture has been added as a feature to layout groups on mobile devices, capability of adding actions e.g. running activity etc. is an enhancement at this time.

I dont think it is possible out of the box but i never tried it as well. So cant confirm @Shibani any thought ?

Currently I dont think we have such option to add an activity directly to the swipe action.However you can try the same by using Javascript or so.  Refer the below link
