Dear All

My project demands that loads the file by file listener.

The problem is path directly. The file is stored out of pega server. I guess that I need to set mount and connect between pega server and other server file.

Someone already posted similar case. So, I recognize the solution may be FTP on my project also....

However, I have never experienced FTP and also how Pega can implement it. Could I set it on Source Location and Source Name Mask? If someone have an experience, please share the method and detail with screen shot if possible....
