Can a single PDM 4.7 instance on its own server manage pipelines for both an on-prem 8.2 instance and a Azure cloud 8.4 instance?

Can a single Pega Deployment Manager 4.7 instance on its own server manage pipelines for both an on-prem 8.2 instance and a Azure cloud 8.4?  Or, does this require two instances of Deployment Manager? What would be the recommended method to support this?

Yes, a single Pega Deployment Manager(DM) instance would suffice. As long as you can establish connectivity between the DM instance and systems on Azure & on-prem simultaneously.
