It depends on how the applications are built and deployed. Please can you be specific . Are those two apps are on the same server or entirely different data bases .? Answer could be varied depeding on them

To call another application in Pega without integration, we have multiple approaches

1. Ensure your app has access to the other app’s rulesets (via Application Definition).
2. Confirm operator permissions include both apps (via Access Group).
3. In your flow, add a Create Case shape to create a subcase of the other app’s case type.
4. Pass data using property mappings or a data transform.
5. Run asynchronously or wait for completion to get results
