I have made a wrapper activity where it checks if a REST API connection error occurs, should an error occur then it will run pxChangeStage to change the current stage to the error stage containing a flow with Screenflow configuration to display the error message, after the user clicks on confirm it would change to the complete stage and the service case ends.  

However, the issue is that the stage changes successfully and the case status updates but it would not display the screen flow actions, rather it would run the flow actions without displaying them then close the service case.
