Call Notify Channel intermittently not working

Hi

In a activity, I've used Publish-Notifications method with channel name as "CallNotify".

But, intermittently it is not working.  (the assignment is published in interaction portal sometimes and  sometimes it is not published). All the required parameters are passed correctly, from backend it is visible.

Can anyone help me on this issue

You can go through below article to verify if the subscriber is subscribed to the channel and if the subscribing is receicing the messages. 

You need to enable few loggers for that, which has been added in the below link.
