Calendar view for goals and deadlines of assignments.
Want to display a calendar view for goals and deadlines of cases. It will be similar to outlook calendar (not talking about integration, just giving an example) where meeting invites are shown. By default the calendar will have a daily view. If a case is reaching goal at 2PM, then at that time of the day, there will be an indication (small text with green background). Similar for a case that is reaching deadline (may be red background). Once user click on the item, it will open the case. User can change Daily view to Weekly view to Monthly view. If there are more than one assignments that have goal/deadline at a particular time, then both needs to displayed side-by-side (similar to overlapping meetings in our calendar).
I am not using any Pega framework. It is built on PegaRules only. I also want the assignment listing to be configurable. Like
- for an analyst it will display only his/her cases.
- for manager it will display cases for his/her team members i.e. analysts reporting to him/her
- And also cases from Work Basket, team view

Have you looked at the Calendar gadget in the OOTB Case Manager portal? It may already have some of the features you want.

Almost all the features you are looking for are available OOTB Calendar in Case Manager Portal. It shows the Goal and Deadlines as well.
In case you are not able to see the Deadline, you can
1. Save as pyCMEvents7 section to Application Ruleset
