Calendar Gadget current time indicator - what is the expected behavior?
This is from a 7.1.8 system.
The calendar gadget has an indicator for the current time. This has the text "Time" followed by an upside down question mark that can overlap the times shown on the calendar. This does not seem correct. What is the expected funcitonality here?
In v6 (This is 6.3 sp1) it was just a "?":

This is set by the pyCaption field value NowMarkerInCalender as shown below.
I am not currently sure why in some cases this is getting displayed incorrectlywhen it works for some systems.

I am sure it is best for a Pega expert to comment on expected behavior, but thought of sharing couple of observations:
For me ⺠is shown besides Time for current time. Verified this on IE 8/Chrome/FF browsers for 7.1.8. On all these browsers seems correct symbol is getting displayed for me. Is it something related to availability/installation of character map on system (though I expect this is to be available by default!).
But overlapping with time issue remains. Instead of displaying "Time âº" as in 7.1 may be just displaying "âº" as in 6.2SP2 will resolve this overlapping issue.

Yes, in Pega 7, this FV rule being used. In 6.2 SP2 the filled triangle symbol is hard-coded in the HTML rule.
If you are facing this issue on your system, could you try accessing character map and copy-paste this filled triangle symbol into *.html file and then access this html file from browser!
