Cache Clearance issues

Hi Team, 

We are using Pega 8.1.3 We are seeing issues related to browser-caching from customer side where-in they are not able to login to environment due to cache stored on the browsers; once they clear the cache that fixes this intermittent issue.  How can we permanently fix this?? 

I found below setting while exploring on this issue.

<env name="http/UseNoCacheHeaders" value="true"/>. 

 

Will there be any impact of this?? Or is there any solution to deal with the above problem of caching?
