Can someone help me on the issue we are encountering when using pyTransferAssignment local action in Constellation.

Busy indicator is now showing even if it's not needed. Upon opening of pyTransferAssignment modal the busy indicator is showing.

Issue is reproducible by doing the following steps:

1. On the case wide action of a case add pyTransferAssignment
2. During case processing on the local action click Transfer assignment
3. On the modal click cancel or [X] 
4. Click again Transfer assignment for local action
5. Busy indicator will be displayed in the modal window
