I am facing an error while uploading the blueprint file in new application creation wizard,

This Blueprint file contains unicode rule descriptions and unicode input is not enabled on this system. Please consult your system administrator.

@Satya K Which version of the Blueprint import module is your system using?

Image shows Blueprint import module version 0.2.7

If your system has a version prior to 0.2.7 you should have an upgrade option, I would try that first.
