we are trying to use BIX for for the following Requirement.
Extract 6000+ cases with 75 fields for each case to Export to Excel and move to External SFTP server
Can to suggest Best approach for Extracting smoother with low impact on performance?​

As per BIX implementation
"Direct access to the Pega Cloud server file system is not allowed, and the extracted files must be transported to a customer FTP site. All extracted files from a BIX run are compressed and delivered as a single ZIP file whose name consists of classname, extractname and sequence number."
but we need file in CSV format but not in zipfile.

Can you please give us a better solution for this?

if not BIX, any other solution is also fine with low performance impact.
