BIX Manifest File total record count mismatch with actual extract count

Hi

We have an extract on Workbasket table using XML output with getAllProperties.

We are using Manifest file to get the count of total records extracted.

We are seeing a difference in the counts of the extract to the count in manifest file. We are seeing that the count is 1 record less than actual extract records in manifest file.

Actual records extracted are 422247 in the log and Extract file but the manifest file says 422246
