BIX Extract (invoked from Pega Agent) 8.4 Dynamic Naming using File Specification Tab
We have upgraded from Pega 7.2.2 hosted on Pega Cloud to 8.4 hosted on AWS Private Cloud.
We are Running BIX extract using Pega Agent and the Agent activity used is "pyExtractDataByArgs".
7.2.2 Pega Cloud - File Specification Tab is hidden and handled the naming using File Listener approach for BIX Pega Cloud. Now as we are on our 8.4 Private Cloud have the File Specification Tab we can give the File name.
Can anyone help to achieve the Dynamic Name of the Extract with Specific Format of Date.
Using %c_%r_%s_%t gives the output as Classname_RuleName_SequenceNumber_YYMMDDHHMMSSS.
Need to achieve the extract name with other Date Format like below Classname_RuleName_SequenceNumber_YYYYMMDDHHMMSSS

Hi Mudit,
I have gone through the articles. Looks like Customized Activity is the only approach even in 8.4 Version of Pega BIX.

@VenugopalReddy: were you able to customize the activity to dynamically achieve the file name?
We are currently in pega 8.2.2
if yes, how did you do that?
