Best Practices Guidelines for a successful Pega Marketing Implementation

Hi,

I like to know the Best Practices Guidelines which we need to follow for a successful Pega Marketing Implementation.

Right now, we are using Pega Marketing 7.3.1.

Your help is very much appreciated.

That link works for me. While you are in Pega Academy, click on the left where it states to go to our previous system. This course lives there: Implementing Pega Marketing. I'm not sure if this link will work for you. But you should be able to search once there. Make sure you are logged in as well!
