Backup of Pega Application
Hi,
How we can take backup of our Pega Application ?
Need to take backup of our Pega Application due to server maintenance activity.

Just want to confirm for product file Configure-->Application-->Distribution-->Package.
One more option we have
Configure--->Application--->Distribution--->Export can we this Export option also?
And for taking the complete db backup we need to include DB Team. Or we can do this from Pega side?

You can choose any of these option, but the second option gives the flexibility that application related information can be choosen. This is a wizard.You can involve db team for db backup.

You can create the product file to move the complete application and if needed you can add thd individual instances in that product rule. Once it is completed, create a package of it.
For the safer side, try to take the complete db backup before doing this activity
