Avoid entry in pyAttachmentPage for inline/embedded images

Dear support community,

we are on Pega 7.2.2 and trying to avoid an entry in pyAttachmentPage for inline images when creating cases from inbound emails via email listener.

I have tried using the "Embed data for inline images into HTML" option on the Process tab of the listener rule but that still created the entry in pyAttachmentPage.

Any guidance in fulfilling this would be greatly appreciated.
