Automatically Increment Of Key in Datatype

Hi All,

I have a requirement like "when we click on the 'add record' link in records tab in datatype, then key-Id should increment and when we delete the record key-Id decrement accordingly.

  For increment we can do as mentioned in above links, but when a record is deleted from the data-page the value from there should decrement.
