SchemaImport Privilege is there for PegaRULES:SysAdm4 role with production level = 2.Production level setting is greater than 2 in UAT or Production env.

So, I have the below questions in the context of Rule-Admin-product (RAP) migration having schema changes associated with the RAP.

1. Why production level = 2 has been mentioned in SchemaImport Privilege for PegaRULES:SysAdm4 role. Why not 5?

2. How can we do automatic schema changes in UAT/Prod env while importing Rule-Admin-product as production level setting will not let me import schema changes.
