Auto refreshing Pega Pulse?
Hi!
As we know, pega 7.2.2 introduces support to websockets which allow near real-time updates and notifications to the users.

Is there an OOTB way to get this feature on 7.2.2 based sytems?
I could achieve reactive updates with declare triggers and websockets, but achieving notification would be more challenging as I see. Do you know of on OOTB suppport for this, if not do you have some suggestions on how notify users if reply arrives to a thread they have commented on, or they are mentioned? Thanks for the help!

In 7.2.2 release there is no place where this is OOTB implemented. You can achieve this using the same Notification Channels that are mentioned in the Video.
The place where the pxContextFeed is configured you can do the Subscription mechanism of the Notification Channel. And in the trigger of Pega-SocialMessage instance save you can call an activity in which you can use the Publish-Notifications activity method. Let us know if you are not able to achieve.
OOTB option to notify users when a message is posted or replied is being worked by the Product team in 7.3.1 release.
