Auto Case Re-Fresh

Hi All,

I have a recruitment as if the one: User 1 and User2 are perform the cases (Diff cases) but in same time and exchanging the data.

User-1. Opens a case (EX CA-1001) and performing Assignment (It have Table Grid or Records)

User-2, Opens another case (EX CA-1002) and performing Assignment (It have Table Grid or Records).

Here both case are exchanging the data (Via Integrations) but here the challenge is Case screens are not refreshing automatically, how can we achieve this automatically refresh the cases screens.

You can make use of Publish-Notification and refresh the needed case with updated information.

Publish-Notification rule-type usage is to refresh the other views automatically based on business needs.
