Assignment status value is showing different than the status inside the S case
When we click and see the workbasket list it shows pending-Contact Center (Assignment status) at the same time when i click and open the case it is like Resolved-Completed(Work Status).
Can anyone help me how we can change the Assignment status to the proper one.

@LakshmiPriyaK4381 Ideally we set work status to Resolved-* when the work is completed and there are no open assignments.
The assignment status is maintained on property pyAssignmentStatus on newAssignPage , write a activity to open that particular assignment on to a temp page do a property-set on pyAssignmentStatus to required value and finally do an obj-save(writenow).
