In the release deployment chapter I see the following text related to pulling the recent commits from repository in your system, I am confused whether non versioned rules are included in rebase or not. If not how can we import those?

Only versionable rules are included when a rebase is performed. Non-versioned rules such as Application, Library, and Function are included in a rebase operation. For this reason, packaging Libraries as a component are desirable.
