Archive/Purge Procedure

We see that the below tables are getting purged for every 30 days. We would like to reduce this further to 7 days. My search for documents ended in the describing the general procedure to Archive/Purge but could not find one for the existing setup.

pr_perf_stats
pr_data
pr_history_data
pc_FLX_FlexRPA_Work
pr_index_reference
pr_data_notification_recipient
pc_History_FLX_FlexRPA_Work
pr_sys_queues
pr_assembledclasses

If anyone could explain the existing Archival workflow which includes the mentioned tables would be great.

The retention period of entries in pr_perf_stats can be configured by following the procedure documented here: https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v719/procomhelpmain.htm#howto/howto2/logusagetable.htm

Got to dig deeper for the other tables. pc_FLX_FlexRPA_Work and pc_History_FLX_FlexRPA_Work seem like custom tables.
