Application portal is displaying some pega case related information screen if we keep the portal idle for more than half an hour.
We are launching a portal and navigating to the cases. If we keep the portal idle for more than half an hour, we are getting some random screen where we could see some case related information.
We have HomePage link on UI, on which we are routing to home page of the application (configured launch harness). Onclick of the link, we are able to perform actions properly.
But the random screen which is showing on UI if portal id idle for half an hr is not expected.
We have upgraded from Pega 7.3.1 to Pega 8.6.1. We are facing this in Pega 8.6.1.It was working fine in Pega 7.3.1
Can any one has faced similar issue?

@NeelimaU2065 Is there a Timeout mechanism configured on your application?

I don't think so we have timeout mechanism in our application. We didn't face this in Pega 7. Do we have any default timeout mechanisms in Pega 8? Could you please help me where to check these timeout configurations. Is it like we have them in DSS or in prconfig file ?

@NeelimaU2065 There is no default Timeout mechanism , can you once verify the your Access group --. Advance Tab --> Access control section . See the
Authentication timeout should be blank .

@ChandanU5252 I have cross checked all the application related access groups. We do not have any timeout configurations in the access groups. It is empty.
