Application gets crashed while interrogate the QlikView report, PEGA robotics will support for QlikView Report tool?

I am using PEGA Robotics Version 8.0 and tried to interrogate the QlikView report in one of my automation and application gets crashed while interrogating it and when i verified the error details and I could see problem in OpenSpan.Scout.x32.dll.

I have attached screenshot of error details. Please check and advise on this issue.
