Application Access Group Administrator could not be found, how to get it back?
We could not find Application Access Group Administrator to add to our Operator ID in order to access application design. If it is deleted by someone how can we get it back?
Example: Application Name is "Revenue", so I should be able to see a access group called "Revenue:Administrator" to add to our Operator ID, we could not find it.
How to get it back OR what is the work around that we need to do to get it back?

Hi,
First you can check Access Group instances and confirm if it is deleted or not.
As a workaround you can try login using [email protected] and add a new Access Group with same name or a different name like "Revenue:AdministratorNew". In the Access group select your application and version. Select default portal as Developer. Add required Admin roles. This way you should be able to continue your work by adding operators to this new Access Group.
