Apache-Tomcat SSLException error

We are getting below exception in Apache tomcat catelina.out logs

Exception Cause: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty :: Exception while Axiom Post 3.0 API call --> javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty
