Any idea on what System-Status-Nodes.pyUpdateActiveUserCount does ?

 

One of the customer face below error in pegaRules log

ERROR   - Batch activity "System-Status-Nodes.pyUpdateActiveUserCount" threw:
java.lang.NullPointerException.

PRPC version 7.1.5
