ANI LookUp Functionality
Hi All,
Please help on the below one
Whenever we were getting a call into the interaction portal on Pega CRM Application, The ANI lookup functionality is not working, we were utilizing Pega DB for data and we were not using any third-party applications.
Please find the attached file for helping us.
As soon as possible, Please give the suggestions on the above one.

You also appear to have logged the question in March under Not getting the customer information while accepting the Demo Pop-CONNERN Call in Interaction portal
That seems to reference a Demo application. If so, please install the missing sample data jars as referenced in this post (and the installation manuals for CS and Pega SA)
Regarding non-demo issue:
We would encourage clients not to post multiple questions for the same issue as it is then possible to lose answers and not have the complete picture in one post.
Please can we close this newer thread in favour of the one posted 4 days ago by @HarshitK7108 ?
