My customer wants to analyse operator's working time in detail. They want to exclude time that operators are not on their desk (lunch, meeting, bathroom, etc). In such case, what is the best way to view the time? For example, if I define the time that assignment is open as working time (let's assume when operators go to lunch they close assignment), is that time recorded automatically?
