Alternative for pyStartCase in Pega version 8.7

We used to create work objects in previous versions of PEGA using CreateWorkPage utility and passing the flow type as "pyStartCase" which use to invoke the stages and steps defined at the case type.

 

In PEGA version 8.7 the reference of pyStartCase has been removed from case type rule. So in this newer version what is the recommended way to create work object ?
