Agent SystemCleaner going down frequently

Hello,

Agent SystemCleaner going down frequently every time the agent runs. may be because high load in production. Could you any one please let us if there any Hotfix or resolution for this issue. We are using PRPC 7.1.9

Could you also examine the agent in SMA and see if this shows an exception stack.

If not, you may want to consider setting the logging level to DEBUG on: -

Rule_Obj_Activity.SystemCleaner.Code_.Action

And check the last run to see if it drops out at an unexpected point.

Since log may contain confidential information so I would suggest you to raise a SR with GCS.Please attach logs after enabling above debug loggers in SR.
