Hi Team,

We are using Pega 7.1.6. We are deleting attachment from the popup which comes by clicking Audit button and the attachment is deleting successfully. But in the case pyworkattachments section still showing the file and the section not refreshing automatically. If we manually click Refresh button, then the deleted file disappearing from pyworkattachments section.

After deleting attachment, without Refreshing, If I submit the case, it is getting submitted actually it should give Attachment mandatory error message.

If we Refresh and submit then its giving the Attachment mandatory error message and not getting submitted.

Please let me know, what could be the reason the pyworkattachment section is not refreshing automatically and showing the deleted file until we manually Refresh the case and how to fix this issue so that case should not get submitted
