Could you please details about the AES integration with Auto ticket generation tool (to raise incidents in case of any issues with the Application server).

Please let us know the feasibility and the procedure to be followed.

Hi Pradeep,

At high level, you have to configure an email account on AES server to send an email based on the health of the application.

At reciever's server, you can have an email listener configured and integrated with a flow to create a work object or ticket. Thus, when an issue is diagnoised by AES server, an email will be send which will be detected by email listener to run a flow for creation of work object.
