AES 8.3

We are currently on Pega Infinity 8.3 and using AES 8.3 for application monitoring. Plan is to upgrade to Pega Infinity 8.6, but due to some restrictions cannot use PDC. Will we be able to continue using  AES 8.3 to monitor Pega Infinity 8.6 application?
