Additional Style Sheets in Skin

Hi Support Team,

I have a question about Additional Style Sheets. 

I've just created a CSS Style Sheets, but I don't know where I can apply it and how to use it.

Can anyone explain about it for me. (If you attach picture about that, I really welcome.)
