Adding users to WB at runtime(using activity)
Hi I have a requirement where we need to send the workbasket to a common pool of a number of selected individuals for example a team A consist of 10 members and we have selected 5 members to complete the task, hence we need to create a workpool at runtime and add the selected 5 members to it so that the WO could be seen only by the selected members.
OR
Alternate approch to this problem is apreciated as well

Search the instance of Data-Admin-WorkBasket class , you will find your workbasket if it is being created . Make sure u commit after saving the instance in the activity.

You can update the contact list of the workbasket to add/delete the operators . You can the same contact list to check if the operator is listed in the workbasket contact or not.
Or
You can create a local data storage , with workbasket name and operator id columns. Add delete from the data storage using activity and accordingly use a data page to control the visibility condition.

I have added the my users to the work basket in property set to .pycontacts and i am unbale to find the Workbasket and users operator ID doesnt show the workbaskets in their Profile.

You won't find the workbasket in the operator's workbasket list . You can use the workbasket contact list only to control the visibility .

Hi NIkhil I have created a WB (Say ABC) and assigned some users (3 out of 5 memebers of same team) and the WB is asigned to workgroup XYZ(all 5 members are assigned to this Work group). Now the new WB is created but seen by all 5 members (requirement was it must be seen by only asssigned 3).
Kindly help.

Hi I have Create A workbasket using CREATEWORKBASKET activity (for ex. WBTest) the activity ran successfully but i am not able to find the workbasket. Kindly help me out how to find that workBasket.

By default it will display all the workbaskets in the workgroup , you have to apply conditions or modify the report which is being used to pull the workbasket details to meet your requirement.

i am obj opening a workgroup and modifying it and doing obj save to create new workgroup which is creating the Work group but anything on that workgroup is visible to all the members who are in initial work group(the one i opened), i think i need to create a fresh workgroup for this but not able to do, can you please let me know how to create a workgroup fresh ( not by opening or modifying any instance).
