Adding fields to step

NAWhen I add a step to a process and click on "configure view",I am getting this screen instead of "add field screen". Please let me know why this is happening.

@RukhsanaS4956 It looks like the section already exists and is configured with design template. It is associated  with this flow action. Do you have access to dev studio? I would go there and create new section, and then refer it in the flow action directly.
