Add Click is not working when OOTB section Work-. pyCaseattachements in Performexternal harness
Since an external user needs to attach documents, so have used OOTB section Work-. pyCaseattachements in Performexternal harness, but it doesn’t allow to click the link “Add” in the browser to show the menu Attach a document : Onclick is not working.

Hello Malinda,
When you perform a js profiler from F12 debugger within your browser, do you see a call to showmenu?
Also do you see any errors on the console of the F12 utility?

Yes I can see the below. No errors found it. Does it works for you?

AJAX is very limited for External users for security reasons.

A work-around approach might be something like:
Send a link in the email goes to an alternative servlet with custom authentication that gives the user access to only fill out the screen(s) in question. This is much like Web Mashup, using the same operator id for everyone who navigates to that servlet. For additional security, we recommend using a token (probably a hash of the assignment handle). The token can be in a separate part of the email and the user has to copy/paste it into the first screen, or it can be sent in a separate email for optimum security. Anyone who navigates to the servlet directly by typing its url into the browser might be taken to a screen to prompt for the token. You could also make sure to clear the token upon assignment completion making it no longer useful after the assignment is completed.
