Active and inactive workbaskets
Hi All
As per the default workgroup, the workbasket is available in the Case Portal. Now if operator id has multiple workgroups corresponding all the workbasket should visible in the portal.
If A having Workgroups WG1 ,WG2 and WG3. Each has separate workbasket. But A can make only one workgroup as Default and same workbasket will available in the portal. Now my requirement is all the workgroups corresponding Workbasket should available in the portal.
Kindly post your suggestions.
Note: ReportDefinition I am using for extracting default workbasket.(pyDisplayHarness.pyActiveWorkGroup)

In report definition for the Work Group filter have the mapping as: "WG1","WG2".
You can created that string when the user logs in and store it in a default data page. That data page property can be used in report definition.

Hi,
Data-Admin-WorkGroup contains the list of all workgroups available in the system.
Data-Admin-WorkBasket contains the list of workbasket and corresponding work groups.
Steps :
1. Create a report definition1 in Data-Admin-WorkGroup . Reference this report definition in a dropdown(So that user can select any work group).This report definition displays the list of distinct work groups avaliable.
2. Now the selected workgroup will be the input (parameter) to the second rd and add the parameter in filter criteria.(It should be created in Data-Admin-WorkBasket class ).
Result:
Report definition 2 will display the list of work baskets of work group which is sent as parameter i.e. selected value in dropdown
