Accelerated CLSA programme

Hi ,
I have couple of queries regarding CLSA certification in 8.3v :
  1. Is registrations for accelerated LSA program are still open (free CLSA certification) ? if so by when it is expected to complete all the exams related to CLSA certification?
  2. If we need to pay and write in traditional way like CSSA and CSA for CLSA what is the path and when will be the courses and exams available for latest version?
