About creating android application

Hi.

I wanted create android application. and also I wanted to host the website from PEGA

Is it possible to do that through the PEGA personal edition of 8.1.

do PEGA have other type of edition?

If it is how to install that?

Personal Edition is fully functional but only for training/educational purposes. other than this, the normal edition requires license. If your company does have it, you can go to here to download the media: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/products/platform/deploy. The links for installation guide are there as well.
