Getting Cover count open as -1 while submitting screening case in CLM KYC
Issue is happening when we are submitting screening case, and its mainly due to the pxflowdependency step where its checking for current thread access group and checking if its same with indexed-dependentag accessgroup. and its failing to resume. This is OOTB any body faced similar issues or any fix on the same.

Please check if any child cases are getting created and directly resolved without executing any steps in the flow. If yes, please add a 1-second Wait shape in the child case flow to ensure the data is committed to the database before the case resolves.
This exception occurs when the system tries to update the CoveredCountOpen details in the parent case while the child case is getting resolved.
