Can we create a View in Pega Cloud ?

Tables are in PegaData but the reporting is complex involving multiple joins. At on-premise environment a  View is created and a Data Class is mapped to View. The report definition in that class is simple and involves no join conditions.  This improved the performance.

Now there is a plan to migrate the application to Pega Cloud. Can we migrate the View to Pega Cloud as Pega Cloud best practice says typically convert the Views to Report Definition.  Now creating a View is absolutely restricted in Pega Cloud or it is case to case basis?
