Pega Reporting Database on Pega Cloud

Hello, 

Please can anyone shed some light on the Pega Reporting Database created in PegaData schema on Pega Cloud? My insurance customer has their applications on Pega Cloud and wants to use this database as the target for BIX extract. Is this something they can go ahead and configure?
