Software PCRM_24.1.3
For ConEd CPMS APP, we are in the process of upgrading from 24.1.2 to 24.1.3. Please provide software for Pega Customer Service (UI Kit) '24.1.3. I am able to download PCDM_24.1.3 and I am looking for PCRM_24.1.3 Please help.

PCRM is old naming; for 24.1.3 you need the “Pega Customer Service 24.1.3 (UI-Kit)” media from Pega’s My Support Portal → Digital Software Delivery, not a separate PCRM_24.1.3 bundle. Log in, filter product to Pega Customer Service, version 24.1.3, and download the application JARs (and Pega Call if you use it). Install on a Platform patched to 24.1.3, then import the CS application files per the update guide. If you only see PCDM_24.1.3, your account likely lacks entitlement for CS; open a media access request with Pega Support to enable the CS 24.1.3 artifacts. Confirm you’re following the 24.1.3 patch notes and standard patch process so components match. If you still don’t see the media after entitlement, raise an MSP ticket referencing “Pega Customer Service 24.1.3 UI-Kit distribution media.” Release notes and platform dependencies are here for cross-check.
